The combination of ENPLAN's extensive geospatial datasets and specialist staff enables systematic examination of the many factors that influence site development. It also allows effective communication of site attributes and use potential.
ENPLAN's 700 square mile base of high resolution aerial photography and digital elevation data is used as a foundation on which to visualize and analyze a site's qualities. We overlay service district, municipal and surrounding parcel boundaries as appropriate. Infrastructure, zoning, FEMA boundaries and other datasets are combined with slope, ACOE wetland jurisdiction and other constraints data to define development opportunities and quantify buildable area. This information can be used during due diligence, site design, environmental compliance and preparation of construction drawings. Our six-inch vertical resolution LIDAR elevation data blends very well with ground survey data to integrate a project with surrounding infrastructure.
The regional context and relationship of a land parcel to commercial and other services and features can also be readily depicted with our datasets. These visualizations can be particularly useful in communicating the unique strategic qualities of a site or project to prospective venture partners or municipal officials. Utilization concepts and options are made easy to comprehend. Three dimensional views are also possible where terrain is an important asset.
