ENPLAN applies geospatial information technologies to municipal management, resource impact evaluation and development planning processes. We are both end-users and developers of geographic information systems (GIS). Consequently, we bring our professional knowledge and experience in these specializations to bear on the design and implementation of such systems as well as the development of base data products for our clients.
Our production team includes geographers, land surveyors, photogrammetrists, aerial photographers and remote sensing specialists as well as CAD and GIS technicians. ENPLAN has established a robust geospatial database with coverage's throughout northern California. High-resolution digital orthoimagery and LiDAR digital elevation data are continuously being developed for growing areas. ENPLAN ensures that the data collection strategy employed is the most cost-effective, that data classification and nomenclature are readily discernible, and that the most applicable and proven software functions are fully enabled.
